Digital Products

All products sold by Echo Vision Studio are digital products. No physical products will be shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

When placing an order, customers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that they may lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins, where permitted by applicable law.

Problems with Your Order

If you experience any problem accessing your purchase, downloading your files, or accessing the Canva template, please contact us at darnellisayah.business@gmail.com. We are happy to help resolve any technical issue.

If you have received an incorrect or defective digital product, please contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable solution.

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
